Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information
All orders within the contiguous United States will be shipped via Fedex. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, usually within 2 business days. All crystal laptop skins are made to order and will take an additional 1-2 days to ship. Below are approximate shipping times for the various crystal laptop skins.

Monogram -> 2-3 days
Crystal Butterfly -> 2-3 days
Crystal Hearts -> 2-3 days
Crysta Name -> 3-4 days

Crystal computer mice will ship in 1-2 days if in stock. If they are on backorder, mice may take 2-3 weeks to ship.


P.O., APO, and FPO Boxes
We do deliver to P.O., APO and FPO Boxes, but we cannot be held responsible for shipments to P.O., APO or FPO Boxes that have not been picked up or accepted by the customer and/or arrive damaged. Orders to P.O., APO, and FPO boxes are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Express shipments (Express Saver, 2-Day, and Overnight) are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.


Express Shipments (Express Saver, 2-Day, and Overnight)
Orders are shipped same day if placed by 12 PM CST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM CST Monday through Thursday will shipped the next day. Orders submitted after 12 PM CST Friday will ship on the following Monday.

***All crystal laptop skins are made to order and will require an additional day to ship when Express shipping is selected.


International Shipments
We ship all international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We are not be responsible for any additional taxes and customs fees that may accompany international shipments. Below are the international shipping options available as well as the estimated delivery times provided by the USPS.

Express Mail -> 2-3 days
Priority Mail -> 6-10 days
First Class International -> 2-3 weeks


Shipping Costs
To get the actual shipping costs, please add the item to the shopping cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart, below the total, is a link to the various shipping options and costs to your location.


Returns/Exchanges
Skyn is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it, replace it or credit your account within 30 days. We will only accept returns in new condition and in the complete original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. In the event of a manufacturer error or defect, we will exchange the product or issue a refund upon receipt of the unused merchandise. No refunds are given for Crystal Name laptop skins as these are custom orders. For returns or exchanges, please contact us and include your name, order number, and reason for return.
